Legal Disclaimer & Disclosures

Please review these important disclosures regarding the scope of our services, jurisdictional limitations, and website terms.

1. Informational & Educational Purposes Only

The content, articles, FAQs, checklists, and guides on this website are provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes formal legal representation, statutory legal advice, formal accounting services, or securities investment advice.

2. Non-Law-Firm Trust Preparation Notice

Ewing Legal Group is not a traditional law firm and does not provide courtroom legal representation or litigation counsel. Our expertise focuses on the creation, structuring, and ongoing administrative coordination of spendthrift trusts and related estate planning vehicles, alongside wealth management consulting.

We can assist clients with general questions regarding wills and trusts and assist in coordinating documentation with licensed independent attorneys in the client’s home jurisdiction where formal state bar filings or court appearances are necessary.

3. No Attorney-Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Visiting this website, downloading resources, or sending an inquiry through our contact forms or email does not establish an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or formal consulting engagement with Ewing Legal Group. An engagement is only established upon execution of a written agreement specifying the exact scope of services and fee schedule.

4. No Outcome Guarantees (Asset Protection & Taxes)

While non-grantor spendthrift trusts provide statutory asset protection and tax-aware structuring under established state and federal laws, effectiveness depends entirely on the timely and accurate execution of documents, proper asset re-titling and funding, grantor solvency at the time of initial transfer, permanent grantor sign-off, and specific state statutory frameworks. Ewing Legal Group makes no blanket guarantees regarding specific creditor outcomes, litigation judgments, or tax savings.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Scope

While Ewing Legal Group is based in Utah, our spendthrift trusts are written and structured under the governing laws of the State of Nevada, recognized nationally for its premier statutory asset protection, favorable trust taxation, and established spendthrift jurisprudence. We serve clients across all 50 states nationwide in an educational and document preparation capacity, and we encourage clients to have their trust documents reviewed by their local legal and tax counsel.

6. Registered Investment Advisors & Accounting

Ewing Legal Group does not sell securities, manage investment accounts, or offer broker-dealer services. Clients maintain an independent relationship with their Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or custodian for investment portfolio management. Fiduciary tax filings (Form 1041 / K-1), tax allocation elections, and ongoing trust ledger administration are performed by independent professional accountants and licensed CPAs engaged to maintain full regulatory and statutory tax compliance.
